Breakfast was a Big Ass Salad with red leaf lettuce, grape tomatoes, black olives, avocado, grilled grass-fed sirloin and feta cheese, tossed with a mixture of olive oil and pesto.
Dinner was sliced red pepper and cucumber, with a hearty serving of Elizabeth's Jamaician Ribs. If you haven't tried these yet, you are missing out! So tasty, you don't even need BBQ sauce.
